I am so dissapointed with the complete lack of service i received from FNB credit card. I recently changed employers and requested that by debit order date be changed, unfortunately because the billing on my account was closed i could not change the due date.
I advised the agent that there will be no funds in my account, unfortunately again the process and the people are really not concerned with their clients, because neither can i cancel the debit order so that i dont occur additional charges for unpaid fees from my current bank, but i cant change my due date.
How utterly unfriendly, FNB credit card if i'm charged additional fees because of your processes i will take this further and make sure i retrieve any additional charges.
