Clear and Lack of professional attention

Extremely upset and I am going to take legal action against ABSA Bank. I started noticing debits off my personal bank account as far back as 2010, the amounts that came off run to R99.00/R99.99/R199/R399. It happened at random times in a month and at times the debit would skip a month or in some crazy instance it would go off on my business account. Tried CS at Northgate and they were so unhelpful; infact to put it bluntly the lady accused me of lying. Was told I should know who the supplier was (accused of having given permission to some company called Stratcol to debit my account) and that the bank couldn't stop the debits. Over the last 12 months I have tried to resolve this. I even had one CS person send a letter to at ABSA.They were just as unhelpful and rude as the CS Dept. On Tuesday this week at 6am I had a debit go off of R99.00 from my personal account. On Thursday, same week an amount of R399, then R99, then another R99 went off seperately from my business account at 6.27am. R 99 from my personal acc same time, same day.
