Credit Card Limits Still not increased after 48hrs

On 14 Aug I contacted the Card Division Call Centre to increase the limits of my 3 Credit Cards (2x Visa 1x American Express) Ref Number 64198835. I was informed that the credit increase had to be reviewed and Credit Department required a copy of my payslip. I was informed that the credit limit will take 2 working days. I even informed the Nedbank Representative that I would be travelling to the United States on 19 Aug, & I will make use of Credit Cards abroad. I emailed my pay slip to NCCCT, I even informed in the email that my pay is in US Dollars so that don't get confused with maybe seen my pay in Rands. On 15 Aug I received an email from Justin Naicker stating they received my payslip. On 16 Aug I went to Nedbank Parow to pick up new Platinum/Premium Cards and also enquired about the increase. They said it wasn't done yet. Later in the day I phoned Card Division and was told I must phone back after 4 PM. At 4:10 PM I phoned Card Division and spoke to Nazeera. She informed me that my limits have still not been increased, & Credit Dept is closed till Monday. I have Platinum/Premium status. never had I to wait this long for credit approval! My credit rating is outstanding!
