Pathetic Service from Virgin Money and UTI

My card was cloned approximately 3 weeks ago at one of SANRAL's toll gates in the East Rand. Since then I have been waiting for my new card. After this experience I have lost so much respect for Sir Richard Branson for utilising the services of such a pathetic courier company!
