My card was used in a online transaction in Turkey. I live in SA. I reported the charge immediate to Virgin Money as well as to Absa and had the card stopped. I also found similar incidents of charges by the same company on the internet and provided this information to Virgin Money. I indicated that if I would be charged for a new card, I would rather close my account. Virgin did not provide me with any further feedback. They simply sent me a new card. Today I receive my account. I am charged interest on the transaction PLUS am charged for a lost card. Can someone who can read please get in touch with me. If you cannot protect your customers then I do not see the point in doing any further business with you.
