I should have known better!!

Last week i try to use my virgin credit card and the transaction is declined. I call Virgin and they inform me that it is due to the fact that they do not have all my FICA documents. Everything was handed to the courier as per your request!! Someone was meant to get back to me and I am still waiting!! Why do you not take this up with the courier?? Why go and lock my card so that I can not use it and look like an! I hate looking like an due to my card declining!
I then get an SMS saying that my limit has been decreased. WHY??? I have never missed a payment, if anything I pay more than I should!!! called again last week Friday to find out WHY??? once again I was promised a call back... I AM STILL WAITING!!! I have not had this card for long, but I can sure as tell you something, I AM CANCELLING THIS CARD!!! I am beyond angry with the service I have received, I am in the Customer Experience Management and let me tell you something your service has given me a very very horrible experience!!!
