Pathetic Administration from Virgin Active

I am appauled by the terrible service i got from Virging Active. I stopped working in JAnuary this year and could no longer afford to pay my premiums as aggreed after the second debit order did not go through i assumed that the contract would cease. To my amazement i got a call from MBD this friday to be told that my Virgin active account has been handed over to them and i owe them an amount of R2400 and that was a shock to me because i was not even advised if i owed Virgin Active before i was handed over. I am dissapointed at Virgin Active. Im not sure if Richard Branson is aware of the pathetic administration that is going on in his empire. I want somebody to call me and explain why on earth my account got to be handed over and why do i owe so much money.
