It is Virgin Money South Africa's policy to send your renewal card with UTI Mounties along with getting them to collect a copy of your ID and FICA Documents. UTI Mounties is not authorised to give you the card till the courier receives those documents. Now I'm in a situation where my account is FICA Blocked and no one seems to know what UTI Mounties have done with my documents. This was reported to VMSA some months ago and nothing was done. Please don't respond saying you will investigate as that time has now lapsed. Hannes in the call centre, your attitude stinks buddy. I'm just glad that I won't be paying your salary anymore :)
Sir Richard Branson, it's time you looked for a new courier company or maybe start your very own Virgin Couriers, just an idea as there is definitely a problem in the supply chain between Virgin Money card and UTI Mounties as I am not the only one who has had this problem - judging from the other reports.
