Fake amounts

We have a e-tag, which we load money on prepaid.
We travel through ONE e-toll and the Stormvoel toll gate every day (one way)
We STILL get bills of amounts that is not equal to ANY of those toll gates... and it piles up.
The money get deducted as well - ALSO with amounts that is not the same as the amount on the etoll boards!!!
Why is this? What amounts do you guys (SANRAL) deduct?
We actually have a e-tag... and still SANRAL steals our money... why should we be good citizens and keep the e-tag or keep paying?
