Pathetic Service

I've had a Virgin Money card since September 2006. Since then my salary has doubled, and despite the fact that I am in an excellent financial position, Virgin Money refuses to increase my credit limit. The reason they will not increase it: because I have another credit card with another bank, which is on payment arrangement. It does not seem to make any difference that I only put the card on arrangement so that I could pay it off and eliminate that debt. Well rest assured I will pay off the Virgin Money card too and take my business elsewhere. Totally pathetic service.
