1st month premium was not deducted instead twice on the 2nd month. I asked why it was not debit on the past month & I was told there was a reversal. I did not understand that because there was money on my account. I decided to let go of that, the following month still the debit did not go through, I then received an sms on the 08th that the debit will go out on the 14th. On that very minute I phoned PPS and I spoke to Charity, who still told me about the reversal, I told her it irritates me that I'm told about the reversal as I have money on my account as i was talking to her on the 08th. She promised to contact me back..she is still contacting me even today. I phone again on the 13th & I spoke to Thabang Moboi ref 148742.He checked & he still came back with the reversal story & then double checked & told me there is a system problem & I said I do not want to talk about this anymore instead I do not want anyone coming into my account to debit on the 14th because there will be no money on the account. He sent request to finance but today PPS debited even though I did not authorise for this debit. I spoke to the manager who was suppose to call me @ 9 instead she sends Charity to call me with 0
