DOUBLE DEBITS ON MY PERSONAL CHEQUE ACCOUNT

I have two loans with Nedbank which both are in arrears. I have made the arrangement with the bank that the oustanding balances will be settled on receipt of Pension fund between August / September 2013. The bank has ignored the previous arrangements and decided to double debit both loans in one month (May 2013). I further went to the bank and spoke to Michael who promised to escalate the matter for a reversal. today is the 30 may 2013 and this has not been done, i called in and spoke to Zandile who advised me that unfortunately my reversal was not approved. NO ONE EVER PHONED ME AND ALSO NO ONE CARES OF MY OTHER FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS, NO FINANCIAL INSTITUTION HAS A RIGHT TO DOUBLE DEBIT WITHOUT CONSENT FROM THE CUSTOMER.
