I am concerned about the response and attitude that i received from a consultant by the name of Yandi in Capitec wynberg main road, i went there to do a reversal on my account and she refused and told me it was the company policy for me not to do a reversal on my account where my money is concerned, when i opened my account with Capitec 2010 they never informed me of that prior opening the account, and according to the National Credit act i have full rights to reversal any debit orders made into my account without my concern
she told me to go elsewhere where i would be assisted and i took that as an insult as it was very embarrassing for me as a consultant she should know what confidentiality is, she was talking to me in a loud voice everyone in that small branch looked at me as i walked out. i want my money reversed and i am tired of having difficulties each time.
