Debit order went off 3 time

On the 25th without my permission they debited an instalment from my acct.when I noticed it I ph the call centre spoke to Itumeleng who told me it will be reversed that day. About 3pm I ph the call centre spoke to Chandre also ask to speak to a manager but they were in a meeting ask her till whst time they are there she told me 4pm told her tgat they must get back to me before close of business on the 26th. Yesterday I went to check if the money was refunded only to fine out that they did reverse it and did another debit on my account as I told then that my dorders must go off when my salary get paid. Phthe call centre again spoke to Ntsubise at 10.25am told her I want that debit order reversed asked to get back to me in an hours time but no one got back to me. Ph again Theo who was not very helpfull told me that my next payment will go next month told him that I wanted that debit reversed he told me that they wont do that. I also told himthat thy had no permission to deduct. There was no manager available again and said I ant talk to the refunds ddepartment. Checked my account again today and another d.order went off. Ph spoke to Leconia ask for a manager to call but no one did
