I do admit that its wrong to pay your account late. So i owed cell c 1 month installment for december and paid them on the 13th this month today they took a debit order off my account again so i called to ask if my payment did not reflect which the confirmed does. so they explained to me about their Naedo system what not about a re-submission. i got a sms asking do i want to make a re-submission to pay and I replied yes and then put the date as the 27th amazingly that doesn't always work according to the consultant I spoke to. Now that i want my money back i am told if i reverse this I will be charged R70 for each line for the reversal. all i want is my money back, if i have to go to the bank i get charged for a reversal plus cell c will charge for my money back which they are already pad on the 13th. I have been delaying cancellation of these contracts I for a month since my last compliant about their collection agent shame I am still waiting on the team leader to get back to me till today. give my money back and i don't want to pay an extra cent for it.. DONT USE Cell C people. regret my 24 month agreement with this messed up provider. had enough!!!
