I have been a valued member with One Plan, on the hospital over. I have been a member for almost 3 yrs. to my surprise my policy was terminated. I called one plan and was transferred from pillar to post. The stupid thing I did was not to get names of the pple I spoke to, I was informed several times that my policy had not been terminated. I have eventually joined Discovery and I am very happy, the consultants at One Plan don't know their product and constantly had to speak to a supervisor who does never come to the phone.
