There is a company by the name of RR marketing. They have been debiting my money from capitec account. I went to capitec in Dobsenville in February 2013 to reverse my money. I was told that the system can't reverse money because they can't see the transactions for the month of January 2013. The consultant called their call centre and he was told to tell me that my money can't be reversed i need to get a letter from the RR marketing to give me permission to reverse my money. I told the consultant that i don't that company and i've never heard about it before. I was given the contact details for stratcol and they refered me to RR marketing and the number is forever engaged. I sent few emails to capitec and i was told the same story to call RR marketing. I don't know what to do anymore because the amount was deducted again today. Capitec fails to protect it's customers. I did ask for the number of their complains department on the 26th of February 2013, even now i have got any response. They are even failing to stop the debit order from going off my account. This is very frustrating. I have used other banks before and if i didn't authorise the debit order they would easily reverse.
