I applied for a credit card with a linked petro card more than a week ago. Every time i phone the new applications call center, the request for feedback is just escalated.
I was told that I would receive a call before the end of last week, and I am still waiting.
Worst service I have ever had from any bank. If you cannot deal with the request to provide me with an update / feedback, rather tell me to take my business somewhere else.
Have only been with FNB for a couple of months, and it feels like the worst decision I have ever made.
