Hi,
I called the Innovations Group on 31 May to cancel my vehicle warrantee. They advised that this would take 21 days and I will receive a pro rata refund on my premium of R3775 which I paid when I purchased my car in August last year. Reference for this call was gwh43195. After not hearing anything I once again called on 17 July and spoke to Zethu. She confirmed the policy was cancelled on 2 July and advised my refund was R379. I requested a breakdown of my refund which she said will be sent to me in 48hours. Again nothing happened.
On 2 August I placed my third call and once again requested the breakdown of my refund which I was also advised will be sent to me in 48 hours. It is now 13 August and I have heard nothing.
I think this is not the best service and am interested in how they arrived at the Refund of R379.
