FNB has still not approved/declined my credit card application. I applied in Carlsworld Branch on 10 June and submitted all supporting documentation. The consultant assisting me took the wrong months payslip and I had to submit my latest payslip. I have been in to the branch 4 more times to try and get feedback. The Branch Manager explained the problem with the credit application department and was very helpful in assisting me by phoning and trying to find some info from credit applications. The branch manager confirmed that all relevant documentation has been submitted and also showed me this on their system. Credit applications was contacted directly by the branch manager from Carlsworld and my documentation was emailed directly to one of the consultants (Rosa) in credit application and still the consultant has not provided any feedback and FNB once again phoned me to submit all relevant documentation. This is such an extreme disgrace and disappointment as this is the Bank who advertise that you will receive your credit card within 2 days. I Guss Steve was lying in their advertising campaign! The worst is this is the second time I am writting a Report on HelloPete
