I recently contacted the FNB premier banking office to query the reason as to why I have never received Ebucks for my credit card usage.
After failing to receive a response a week after sending them an email, I finally called in.
After almost another week of waiting, the final response was to send this email because they were unable to provide me with a suitable solution (again no feedback, I had to call them back)!
When I signed up for my credit card, I asked for my card to be activated for Ebucks, which I assume it was, since the forms that i signed and my credit card, both indicate that I would be eligible to receive Ebucks...
Also, on the Ebucks website, my profile shows my credit card linked as well.
However, this has never been the case, and I expect to receive the Ebucks for my credit card usage since the time of activation.
I await your prompt response.
