I have been trying to open a account with FNB since Novenber 2012.
I have complained for 3 months and awaiting feedback.
The bank Manager have been making false promises!!!
I have been back in the branch for the 15th time about tree weeks ago and had a meeting with the manager
and promised me feedback that day and I am still waiting???
They advertise all over about what a great bank they are!!! lol!!! its a JOKE!
They opened the credit card in Februarie 2013 AND GET TOLD i WILL RECEIVE A CALL TO RESOLVE ALL PREVIOUS ACCOUNTS and the first thing i receive is a bill of R160 AND NO CALL AND STILL WAITING FOR FEEDBACK!!!
DO NOT CHANGE BANKS! OR AT LEAST NOT TO BEEP BANK! (FNB)
