All Talk No Service

After being won over by FNB's marketing campaign I decided to move over from my current bank. Only now I have been waiting two weeks to get any feedback from my credit card application. During which I have been contacted twice to request me to send relevant information. Which I have sent two weeks ago already. Then I tried phoning the credit card applications department... but the telephonic systems does not allow me to speak to anybody... Pretty frustrated. I think I will rather stay with my bank, I really expected more.
