I applied for an FNB Gold Credit card last week Thursday, 11/04/2013, I was told that the application was successful and I would have the card with 5 days. I am still waiting to hear from FNB and every time I call them I bounced around different divisions.
They do not call me back even though there has been an escalation on my query and I am tired of having to phone them constantly and not getting any answers.
I want to change banks because of the poor service that I am currently getting but it seems like FNB is no better.
