An unauthorised debit order tried to go off by ABSA bank account twice. thankfully there was no funds in my account to take. When i phoned the 08600 08600 number, and i told gave the lady that answered the phone the name, Dynamix, she immediately told me where they were from, Durban, and immediately tell what telephone number ABSA has for them on the system. there are very many complaints about them on the internet. one of the other guys that complained about the same thing said that he was told that this company actually has an account with ABSA.
My questions to ABSA are the following: 1. how do you allow companies that clearly does debit orders to continue taking money from your customers? 2 why are they not blocked from taking money from any 1 of your customers? 3 are they ABSA clients? 4 if they are does ABSA approve their behaviour? 5 does this mean that ABSA goes along with activity? Neither your Hotline of line would even take my details to follow this up. if the answer to any of the above is yes, i want to know!!! i need to know what is going on here, every one that i have told about this tells me that i need to change my bank?
