Spent a better part of my morning in this branch trying to reset my internet access details, which were blocked for some strange reason. After eventually being helped, tried using it this morning. WAS STILL BLOCKED.
Phoned the 08600 08600 call line, where I was given info about my account without anybody checking my ID number, or even my initials and surname. They could not help me, but could see that nothing was done on my account to reset info.

So, people I really needed to pay today can't be payed, and no one can assist me until tomorrow morning.

Service in the Brooklyn branch always terrible. No body ever does their job there. If my business account wasn't already registered for VAT I would move it to another bank, as my husband and I have done with our personal account.
