R5000 withdrawn from account no feedback!

On 26th July 2013 i go to an atm to withdraw money, the atm machine says wrong pin i enter it again and again it says wrong pin the machine swallows my card and i get a receipt, i phone standard bank to block my card and 5minutes later R5000 is withdrwan from my account! i called the deptartment and they say that the machine was tampered with.. they give me a case number and today is the 12th August and i stil never received any feedback! so you expect me to pay R5000 this month end as it was withdrawn from my overdraft? and provide me with no info at all!! bad service!!! case number 3325132
