At 06h55 this morning I went to the ATM Std Bank B P Umbilo to withdraw money. The card was captured by ATM and I advised the shopkeeper. When I was busy reporting to 0800 number I received 2 smses advising of two withdrawals R5000 each. They stopped my card and I went to my branch ABSA Pavilion and they advised me that money was withdrawn at saswitch machine 848 but could not tell me which branch. I then requested a
new card and was advised by Salochana Pillay that Goni was not at work I have to come back or I must try another branch. I then insisted of the new card, thereafter asked her colleague for a new card. To my surprise my limit is R5000.00 per day I do not understand how R10 000.00 can be withdrawn.

I would like my money back. Ref number 2559705
