MONEY WAS OUT OF MY ACCOUNT

On the 1st of July 2013, my card got stuck in tha Atm machine at Randburg Mall. l called the number on the screen to stop my card and l managed to speak to one of their consultants. as soon as l dropped the phone an sms came to my phone saying money has been withdrawn from my account at another machine. l waited for the bank to open and they opened a case with line. l have been going to the branch and they have been telling me the dept will get back to me. l only got a call from them once and they said after 10 working days my case will be finalised. Since then l have not received any courtesy call or sms. THIS IS TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE R2780.00 may not be a lot of money to you guys but thats all l had to feed my family this month. your attitude towards clients lacks professionalism and lack of value for your clients... l always thought you were the best bank, guess l was wrong. Somebody PLEASE assist me and tell me whats happening??? l need my money
