Ad service and lack and no listening skills

Im so shocked by the service got at the botshabelo branch. i inform the consultant that i need to switch my salary and got my card delivered at my workplace . she does not listen to what i need from her. she personalizes fnb as if she does not work for it. i have worked with brands and i don't think that how you give feedback on the status of the i account of a client. this consultant has changed my perception about fnb and i think you have lost yet another salary switch from me which could of added on the banks revenue fro the coming years. just after serving me she stands up and gives my me her back. i demand an apology from this specific consultant and i suggest she gets sent to training and please do advise her that its not at all times she will serve someone in the botshabelo market as people from that area are considered ignorant or less educated.
