I had struggled to go to bank since I had opened a new account with FNB online and you can see on records how long it took me to fetch card and how long it took me to get the H R salary switch document signed by branch, that shows I do not have enough time to spare to go to branch even if I wanted/had to as I interacted everything telephonically and through email.
Last month end I got an email stating/reminding me that my salary switch has not gone through yet and I followed up and confirmed it will go through on the 25th of July as there were some delays/errors on H R side. Everything was confirmed and I confirmed with FNB when I called, yet now I'm trying to see if Salary did go through and to check if debit orders went through successful but I cannot get through online because it gives me an error message, "some required fields are not valid... Card status is not active".
How can card not be active while I called and explained last month and confirmed Salary switch?
