I should've gone with "bleep" bank

I applied for and received a gold cheque account on 29/10/2013. Despite their promise to deliver my card within 5 days and to do my salary switch I only received my card on Friday 22/11/2013 and discovered that my salary switch had not been done. To date our payroll office has still not been contacted. Fortunately, I managed to intercept the payroll run and my salary was paid into the FNB account. However, I really wish I hadn't!!! As soon as I received my card, I phoned to have it activated - only to find this morning (after I had filled my car with petrol) that my card does not work!!! How embarrassing. FNB is by far the WORST bank I have ever dealt with and I have every intention of cancelling ALL accounts with them and I'll rather stick to Standard or maybe I should give "bleep" bank a try. I am highly disgusted!!!
