First National Bank in greenstone seems to be having a problem with actually picking up the telephone when customer's phone, On my 8th after I chose a different prompt, someone picked up the telephone.
the branch manger is never available to speak to and they don't supply cell phone numbers of the managers. That is the first I have ever hear that a manager doesn't not give out their cell phone numbers and BRANCH MANAGER!!! I am completely degusted at the service, We have been dealing with the banking online service for the last week. we have loaded and reloaded and reloaded and reloaded all the programs they want us to and still we cannot get the online banking to work. We have tried this from FOUR different pc in and outside the office and nothing. so clearly there is something wrong with their system yet nothing has been done to sort our problem out. I mean FNB problem. We cannot deal with customers as we cannot access our banking? what good is that to pay the banking fees and online fees and we cannot use it. we have contacted your online banking since Tuesday last week and no response to come back to us to sort out the problem or anything has been offered to sort it out, SIS!
