"Switch to FNB in under 10 min" what a lie

Hi
i have been banking with fnb for the past 15 years and have been happy with the service iv been getting so far, my fiance has been banking with another bank for a while and i convinced her to switch to fnb and promised her she would get the best service. she then followed my advise and send an email, a consultant called her and assisted with the switching, the consultant then advised her that there is not need to go to branch as everything will be done over the phone. she was told that she will be sent docs and she must send back. that was a week ago up to date she has still not received any card or new acc no. but your slogan says"Switch to FNB in under 10 min" what a lie... you can contact me on 0829901029 and her no . 0829901148
