Switching to FNB - big mistake - empty promises!

Over a month ago I applied for an FNB cheque account. What attracted me was the Galaxy S4. Since then, I provided FNB with everything required to switch my debits and salary. I was informed that they were unable to switch my salary, so I did it for them. All my debits and salary is now moved to FNB, and I am being told that I do not qualify for the device. I was never told before that because I had to assist them to switch my salary, I could not get the device, unless they see my salary in the account for 3or5 months, afterwhich the S4 Special would be over. I have never been treated like this is my life... told so many times that someone would call me, but no one ever does. Promised that the order was put through for the device and still today, I have heard nothing. Now I'm sitting with this account, salary in, debits changed... but no device.

Call centre provides the worste service ever (specifically - their device team).
Unacceptable service provided and I an NOT happy. They can keep the S4 and I will cancel everything else. Another inconvenience... Thank you FNB
