No reply to query regarding Samsung S4

After complaining about the fact that I was not able to get a Samsung S4, I was told I would receive a follow up call. I am still waiting for this call. Also FNB promised to 'express' deliver my cheque card in 3 days but only got a sms to say it has been delivered after a week, have yet to see whether they spelt my name right this time (third time.
