Written Off Car - Debit order still active

On the 2012/08/11 I had an accident with bakkie that skip the robot and collided with Taxi coming from the opposite direction and bakkie lost control and collided with my car, which was stationery at the robot. My car was subsequently written off. To my surprise 9 months later I received a Renewal Schedule letter from BSG, informing that my premiums are going up as per inflation, effective from the 2012/05/01. Debit order has been going through my account after my was written. I sent a letter the broker that was management my account. Their response was that I should have checked and alerted them that debit order was still going through, and they are only reimbursing me three months premium. The last correspondence I received on this matter was on the 2012 July 09, from the broker telling me that .."Sorry Muzi - There appears to be no backing down on this". I feel that the service I have received from Hollard & BSG is very unprofessional and pathetic, they have. Another issue I still have with BSG which seems to be forgotten is that the bakkie owner took responsibility and requested to on his insurance. I sent all documents to the broker but nothing happened. Very Sad!
