I have started my policy with them on 15 July. My pro-rata debit order have been deducted on 19/07 for R710.30.Then i received a debit on 20/07 for R1111.26 (for Aug). Great was my supprise to receive another debit on 1/08 for R350.34.I then contacted them on 5/08 to enquire about this debit and was told that it was a MISTAKE and that i will receive a refund on 7/08.This morning i drew a statement and there was another debit for R350.34.So my refund ended up as another debit on my account. I then contacted them and asked for a complaints nr or dept and was then told that all the managers was in a meeting (as always) until 12:00 and i will be contacted after 12:00.At 13:00 i decided to contact them again as it seems they do not care about their clients complaints. I was then told SORRY it is a system problem and again i have to wait a couple of working days for my refund. I'm not even a month with Anderson Insurance and i'm allready regretting my move to them. I was also suppose to receive a 10% discount due to my one car being fitted with a Tracker, but still they have deducted the Full premium without the discount.
