I am trying to open a Business Account with FNB. I was told that documents will be sent to me by the close of business the same day, I did not receive these documents by close of business. The next morning another lady phoned me and she wanted to help me apply for the account which I have already done the previous day. I told her that I have not received the documents and then they were sent to me. I completed the documents and sent them through. 2 days later I had to phone to hear if the account is open. The person that I spoke to assured me that it was open and I just need to make a cash deposit at any FNB Branch to activate the account. I got to FNB Lynnwood, stood in the queue for quite a while because only 1 teller was helping the customers only to get to the teller who told me that there is a hard hold on the account and that FNB is probably busy closing my account. This in front of all the other customers. I phoned FNB business again and I was told there is a signature missing on the application forms. I completed the forms again and sent them through again. Now 2 days later I had to phone again to inquire. As a platinum account holder this is totally unacceptable.
