Unable to open bank account

I applied online on 22 February for a Business account. I completed all the documents and had all my FICA documents ready and was waiting for the courier to come and collect but nothing happened. I called three times and still nothing happened. I eventually went into the Westville branch on 27 June with all my documentation and was informed that the account was held by the internet branch and it would have to be transferred to the Westville branch. I was at the counter with a consultant for over an hour and was assured that it was all in order and my card would be delivered to me within the next 3 days. It is almost 30 days since spending over an hour in the branch to resolve the problem and still NOTHING! I went to Standard Bank to open a business account and it was open the following day... So for all their advertising .. it is all false and empty promises.
