Payout my loan- VERIFY MY BANKING DETAILS?

I went into Southdale PEP last week Friday to apply for a loan, i then received an sms at 09:36 advising my loan was provisionally approved and Will be called to process and i should have my banking details on hand for when they call, i did receive a call at about 2:30 a consultant ask me questions and went through my details, she asked the amount i wanted, i advised R2000 she then said my repayment would be R685.00 per month. Confirmed thrice if i was comfortable and happy with this, i agreed, i distinctly remember i asked her, if my application is only subject to my baking details being verified and she confirmed yes, they only need to verify my bank details. I then get an sms 15min later advising my loan was declined, I called your call centre yesterday at 4:30 to enquire why i was declined, i was then told my banking details verification could not be done which means i am declined. That is just wrong, the account is in my name, my salary gets paid into that account, HOW DO YOU DECLINE ME BECAUSE MY THE BANK DID NOT CONFIRM MY ACCOUNT. How is that my fault, I work in a financial institution and yes calls are recorded and one needs to advise clients you are authorised to give advise
