Intentionally evasive and poor feedback

Its taken seven weeks and numerous phone calls and emails to eventually get a transaction print out of my policy. Commission continues to be paid to brokers years after they have been replaced. Why is liberty so evasive when this info is requested. I will definitely be cancelling my policy and moving to a more transparent and service oriented company.
