A policy I have taken has matured on the 1 July. Several calls were made to the call center inquiring what documents needed to be presented or sent to Liberty in order to have the policy paid out.

I have spoken to 4 call center agents and even went to Liberty Life Mt Edgecombe and spoke to Jackie and I have received varied feedback from everyone with regards to what documentation is needed to have this policy paid.

I then left messages for the Call Center Manager (Lynn Schreiber) to contact me, which has not yet happened.

I have had this policy for about 20 years and cannot understand how your company has no issue in taking my money but when it time to pay, it doesn't happen. Your staff needs to be adequately trained and I have spent money yet again on your company by,

- Making numerous calls to various staff
- Driving to Mt Edgecombe to speak to a consultant face to face

I am a small business owner and my time is important to me and even that has been sacrificed to no avail. I would appreciate your immediate attention and would like some consistent form of feedback.
