I have a policy with liberty that my father started under my name several years ago. I want to cash it so that i can study further (which is what it is intended for). The broker for it died a while back and i had no knowledge of this. When i contacted Liberty's call center no one knows what to do and they give no help. I then decided to email them which took them a stupid 2 weeks to respond. they want my policy number/ID number and my address, which i only gave the policy number as i will not give my ID number over the net if the call center does not even ask for it. This is becoming stupid as now i have to wait a year before i can start studying. Thank you for making life difficult Liberty. I will be going to the Ombudsman to get this sorted if liberty continue to not care.
