I phoned Liberty on 7 June to cancel my policy. I was told I had to sent in writing a request to cancel the policy, which I did the same day. I would expect that this would be enough to cancel the policy because this is what Liberty's asked me to do. Since then I have had no response from Liberty and the next month the total amount of the policy was deducted from my account. I have resent the same email to see if I would receive any response.
Till now nothing has happened and no one a Liberty can confirm if my policy is cancelled
