Policy matured. All necessary documents completed and sent to Liberty. Everything in order and Liberty acknowledged receipt and confirmed date of payment. Promised payment within 24 hours but nothing done and Yolandi was mailed to query this but no response or feedback
My payments have been on time for the past 20 years. Liberty never had to ask me for the annual payments!!!
Not a trustworthy insurance to rely on and to leave them with your investments!!
Quite concerned about this as I have another insurance policy with Liberty due for a year and half from now.
