Wesley got my details from Liberty, came to see me on 1 Oct as he wanted to discuss my policy that I have at Liberty. At the meeting I asked for the policy to be changed to a higher risk & to send me the document I signed. I emailed him on the 4 Oct asking for the document & if the changes where made. No feedback. Kept calling the office, still no joy. Eventually Angie from the office who could not get my email right, sent me the wrong document & no other info as requested, I called again to speak to Wesley's boss. I was told he does not have one, so I said I will take it up wih Liberty. Within 30mins he called & started yelling how dare I yell at his staff, his office only has skeleton staff, he is not a skavy, I am not giving him business, so I should take my business elsewhere. I tried to explain all I want was the document I first signed which I'm entitled to, my policy changed as per our agreement & the info about investing. But clearly after the way he spoke to me, my little investments are not worth his time. I am very upset about this & hope the conversation was recorded so Liberty can hear it. I want everyone to know that Wesley Tucker is the worst advisor & dishonest!!!
