Its so sad to see that such a big company has incompetent advisors. I have taken a policy for my wife with liberty and the advisor by the name of Zaahid Mohamed was supposed to cancel the other policies, but did not have the decency to even do that. I came to find out towards the month end and had to do it myself, thus resulting in me cancelling the policies. I called liberty and they assured me that it will be cancelled but still took out the money from our account. I would appreciate a callback and my monies refunded.
