Very poor and degrading service from their "professional staff" there was a lot of positive misleading telephonically and by email. Legal documents sent but withdrawn as per 'Team manager" not doing there job by reading it before it left initially.
Calculations are twisted and turned to satisfy their clients e.g.
1. 25th I owed them R18456.00
after complaining that it was not my fault
1. I now owe them according to there "General Manager" R2500- R3000???
that don't make sense at all.
The level off unprofessionalism i experienced with Telesure was absolutely disturbing and worrying to know these people are dealing with thousands of my personal friends/ families/ colleagues and behaved in that manner.
I will personally avoid telesure insurance and would strongly recommend my family and friends to cancel or to avoid joining them.
