On the 25th of July 2013 someone deposited an amount of R450 into my account however i did not receive an email notification that i normally receive when theres a transaction in my account, so i called the person and told her that i did not receive the money, so on the 26th july that went into the balfour park branch to enquire about the deposit and she was shown my bank statement as proof that the money went in and she saw my balance. that person who saw my balance was suppose to deposit an R4000 into my account on the 27th July and because she saw my balance she decided that she was not gonna deposit the money. i called balfour park branch to complain and spoke to Veronica nad tsholanang and both promised to get back to me and im still waiting for the call. i lodged a complain online and a lady by the name on Maxine called me on the 1st august and said she was gonna call me the same afternoon and i am still waiting for the call. standard bank breached their contract between me and them as i understand my statement are not to be seen by 3rd parties and they are not taking me serious as their client, is it because i am not a millionare?
